I'm Rafael Claveau, your head editor, story teller and a seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience across the globe.
From the picturesque landscapes of France, where I am originally from, to the vast expanses of Canada, my journey in the world of sports and fitness has been as diverse as the destinations I've explored.
Having immersed myself in various sports, including American football for 15 years, basketball, snowboarding, stand-up paddleboarding, kite surfing... my passion for sports, fitness and travel knows no bounds.
It's this fervor that has driven me to create Travel Fit Sports, a platform where we delve into the intersection of sports, travel and fitness, sharing invaluable tips, insightful interviews with inspiring individuals, athletes, travelers, and coaches, covering WNBA, college football and basketball games and shining a spotlight on destinations that beckon adventurers to explore and be active.

North Sideline Media est une association à but non lucratif officiellement enregistrée, créée en mai 2024. Elle est dirigée par un conseil de trois administrateurs et soutenue par une équipe de rédacteurs et de contributeurs passionnés.
Notre mission : proposer au public francophone, mais aussi à un auditoire international, une couverture authentique et immersive du sport nord-américain, du college football à la WNBA, en passant par la NFL et la CFL.
Fondé par Rafael Claveau, journaliste sportif et ancien coach joueur de football américain en première division française, North Sideline s’est rapidement imposé comme un média collaboratif qui rapproche les fans francophones de l’énergie unique du sport américain.

North Sideline Media is a Canadian registered non-profit association based in Vancouver, BC.
Founded in May 2024, it is led by a board of three directors and supported by a team of writers and contributors.
Our mission is to deliver authentic, bilingual coverage of North American sports, NCAA football news, WNBA coverage, and NFL/CFL stories, to French-speaking audiences in Canada, Europe, and beyond.
